I received my claim form last week. Anyone else here?

I've had coolant leak repairs for both a thermostat leak (initially diagnosed as water pump leak), as well as leaking water pump. Unfortunately, it seems only the latter will be covered.

Any reason as to why MY2012 isn't covered? Same exact engine as the CTUA but with different PCV connections. Not that it matters I am out of the 75,000 mile/7 year warranty extension.

I have my paperwork in the mail. My 2015 is eligible for 15% reimbursement, I believe. Of course I instead took it to a third party shop of clownfoolery where he proceeded to fug the repair up anyways.

2016 here, I unfortunately did the work myself and paid cash for the pump. Pretty sure that means i'm just screwed. Pump lasted ~165k miles though...
