i would say sell the MBC(unless you're going to go BT soon) and get a chip. much safer

how much would a chip cost ? and im a newbie would i be able to do it myslef

go to AWE Tuning (http://www.awe-tuning.com) and look at the GIAC on for your car. depending on the year it will give you about 1bar psi(14-15psi iirc). also look at the GIAC dealers for your area. take it to there shop and they can tell you everything you need to know. you can also talk to them about other mods that would be most beneficial to you and your wallet

also there is APR, upsolute, neuspeed and a few others. but IMO GIAC is the best and most aggresive
