B&O Tweeter Stuck on Start

When I start the car, the right tweeter won't pop up. Left one pops up just fine. When I turn off the car, the right side does a little stutter pop up twice, then goes back down. I tried the 4-button MMI reset trick, but that doesn't fix it.

Anyone know the trick? 2016 RS7

Have you checked the fuse related to the audio system? Also, check the wiring and connections.
Besides trying the MMI reset, you can also try disconnecting the car battery for about 15 minutes.
If everything else seems okay, you can test the tweeter's motor. Apply a low-voltage power source directly to it to see if it's working correctly.
