Need help with 2016 A7 front bumper insert - no plate

I'm about to upgrade from a 2014 A7 to a 2016 A7. I love these cars.

However, the new car has a license plate holder on the front grill and I want the grill that looks factory chrome (not black) and has no plate attachment at all.

1. What part do I need?
2. Where should I order it?
3. Anybody have one?
4. How hard is it to swap them out.

The license plate delete kit runs north of $200, it just bolts on basically. Another option is to change the look and go with the RS7 honeycomb style.

So here are the additional answers to my questions that I found:

1. What part do I need? (I needed the Audi plate delete that fits on the OEM grill). My car had the "plate grill".
2. Where should I order it? (I found a place but the cost was about $400. I didn't find on on Ebay)
3. Anybody have one? ( no one answered)
4. How hard is it to swap them out. (it was pretty easy. I took the panel off my car in front of the radiator. Then I could get behind the grill and push the original one out).

I found a guy on FB Marketplace about 130 miles away that had one. So it was easier to do than I feared.
