Low oil pressure light when coming to a stop

Greetings from Thailand - my 2012 Q5 tfsi started showing the “Oil Pressure Low Switch off Engine” light intermittently ( few times a month ) some months ago

It is Only happening when coming to a stop at traffic lights etc ,pulling in to park etc
It is now doing this a few times every journey above 10 miles duration

It starts after Only after 10+ miles ( when fully warmed up ?) it’s Only coming on when you bring the car to a stop ,at lights etc ( especially if it’s an abrupt stop ) and the red light goes off again as soon as you bring the revs above 1200 rpm
(One time last week the engine cut out / EPC came on - but restarted after 1 min and EPC light is off since )

The car was serviced / oil change about 7000 klm ago and seems to be driving normally /
The oil level is showing full - it normally doesn't consume oil,(as that work was done about 5 years ago )

Any idea what might be ?? What should be done first etc - ( I would love to have some knowledge about possible solutions before I bring the car in for inspection - it’s not the easiest here with a language barrier etc )

A faulty oil pressure is a common culprit, especially if the oil level is good and it only happens at idle. Another possibility is a worn oil pump, but that's less likely since it's driving fine otherwise. Get it checked out by a mechanic you trust, but being armed with some possible causes might help with the language barrier.
