Does anyone make a single squared exhaust tip for these cars like I have drawn in this picture?

I just mean shaped like the cut out in the valence. I think it looks cleaner, less poser. Quad exhaust looks ricer. The RS cars get single tips. The A models get two pipes max. Normal cars shouldn't have quad tips. Race cars don't even have quad tips. Quad tips on S cars look like pea shooters and the oversized pea shooters that people tack on (AWE, ECS, etc) look even worse imo.

Audi did it for the Q7:

Caractere kit for B8 A4, I wonder if the tips could be fit to S4.

This is exactly what I'm looking for.

quad looks ricer as an aftermarket retrofit on some cars, but it’s a staple in audi’s S cars. maybe i’m a purist, but A cars: two singles or one double. S cars: quads always. RS cars: two big ovals. no exceptions. Those examples of rectangular exhausts work because they’re oem and hundreds of thousands of R&D dollars went into trial and error and some of the brightest minds in automotive design. They made it work for those specific cars. Throw ebay tips and alibaba splitters on your cars all you want, but you aren’t picasso. You will never be picasso. The design teams at Audi and BMW and Lexus are picasso. pack up your paint brushes and quit while you’re ahead.

I hear you but the C4, the B5, and the B6 S4 didn't have quad exhaust. D2 S8 didn't have quads. It only started with the B7. I've never personally been a fan of quads. I always thought it was too much especially for a V6. Having the quads makes it harder to clean too.

I think the quad tips look great on most cars, including the S4. To me, it signals real sports car with some performance. The newer stuff like you have shown/drawn is usually not even an exhaust part. It's built in to the rear bumper and basically just a trim ring that hides the bare metal exhaust tip. Its a money saving feature for the manufactures that's most commonly found on luxury vehicles and SUV's.

IMO quad tips look great on this car, it would be a disservice to watch someone put those ugly fake looking square tips on a car that has quad tips.
