Lots of posts regarding TPMS Issues on the forum, but unable to find a post that shows the location of the TPMS Module 8K0 907 273A.
Any guidance would be awesome!

There is none. It’s handled through the traction control system on each wheel hub. If the tire deflates, the rotational speed changes, so it knows which one is lower.
What exactly is your issue?

Direct TPMS for the B8 vehicles is only on the MY08/MY09 years (PR 7K8, 315MHz basic). An MY11 S4 has indirect TPMS (PR 7K6). Notice in a VCDS scan, you don't have a 65-tire pressure (J502) control module.
On B8 years that would have a J502, wiring diagrams doc says its in the front right footwell below the dash. B9 has it on the rear subframe.

Thanks for responding. I'm getting a TPMS Fault at startup. I know the car doesn't have TPMS Sensors in the wheels, but it appeared that there was still a module located somewhere in the vehicle that did the rotational calculations. Otherwise, why would I be getting a fault at startup?

How old is your battery?

If you're getting a TPMS error, it will be from the ABS/ESP module (03-abs). You need to scan for codes and see what's actually at issue.

Just replaced the battery, as it did have an issue.

I'll connect the VCDS this morning and run the scan.

You may need to just store your tire monitoring again if you swapped out the battery. It’s in the MMI. I forget if that bitches and complains if there’s no initial stored value after a complete power drain. Either way, scan and if necessary clear all DTCs that might have momentarily triggered when you put the new battery in. It’s usually a good idea to do that when you code the new battery.

Here's what the VCDS scan is saying:

Any thoughts on best way to resolve?
I'm guessing wheel speed sensor. But the scan doesn't appear to indicate which one.

Did you change something on the car wheel/tire wise and didn’t reset TPS prior to driving around a lot? Did this pop up out of the blue? We need some more info.

Maybe a tire out of balance preventing a clean wheel speed analysis by the TPMS system?
A TSB on road force balancing (RFV): https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2015/MC-10123712-9999.pdf
But as already asked, how did you get to this point? Even just rotating tires, you have to do the TPMS relearn task, since the wheel/tire at a specific corner is no longer what was previously learned.
Someone recently posted a similar error code, but it pointed out the specific corner. But I think that was a B9, might be a difference between the generations. Or your issue is not corner specific and it's having issues with multiple corners.

Apologies for the delayed response. Busy week.
The car is actually my son's. Not sure "how it got to this point". Nothing was recently changed... except as noted previously the battery has been replaced during this process.
After replacing the battery, we cleared all the codes.
Went into the MMI and reset the Tire Pressures.
Started it up, all good. No codes.
Took it for a drive. All good. No warning lights.
Got it back home. Let it set for 10 minutes. Started it up and got the ABS and TPMS faults again.
Ran VCDS and shared the print out.
All wheels are factory 18's and all tires are the same and same age/mileage.

Clear all DTCs again and this time DO NOT set the TPMS in the MMI. If the car starts and moves without setting a code, then go out and drive it in a circle at low speed one way and then the other way. Then drive normally for a few min and rescan it at home to make sure the Gateway List is clean of no faults. Before you do all this, check and set your tire pressures again, if you didn’t do that before.
