Hey FJS and all,
All I have to say it that im sorry. But I took it personal that I was trying to do him a favor as a fan of the car. As a fellow S4 driver. I was going to really work for him to get this car for the price he wanted.
This has nothing to do with rusnak.
Just between me and him. FJS did not see it as a favor but I did.
But once again I am sorry,[=(] FJS.
For all those that have seen me on the forums. I have always been there to help and answer any question that all you guys have on our s4. This will never happen again.[wrench] [hail]

I just read the exchange I would have reacted the same way. Although you could have left the Asshole comment out, but if the shoe fits...
nevertheless, as a sales person you need to be more professional even when assholes present themselves (Not calling FJS an asshole here). In FJS defense, he never did get the answer he was looking for... (do you have one in stock). Call me blind but it seemed as if you were coming off as a pushy salesman. No worries though... your apology is something I can commend.

i also see it both ways. fjs was a bit pushy but on the flip side you did not provide him with the simple answer he was looking for...."was the car in stock?".
all in all, its a wash. be merry, be happy and look forward to the new day.

If he would have just said yes I would have gotten him one. I can get him any car he was looking for. But I was looking for a comment before I went to work for him. That was all he did not need to reply like I was a worthless salesmen.

you are correct.. and you did tell him you could get him on. however you never told him you did not have one in stock..
all is done and I would just move on...
