When I chatted with earhythmic and posted your pics of the NAS he seemed very interested. Play it by ear and majority rules.

I however am taken my butt to the Naval Air Station. Im gonna run Active and Focus with his open exhaust 007 switch.

If we propose both plans, im sure it will be for the NAS. Everyone wants to get pics in while the weather is still good.

This GTG will be fun!!!

Lets remember to play it safe when we start taking passes at the NAS. If someone is running, stay waaay clear of the area. Hopefully I can bring some cones to mark the 1/4 mi. and a safe turn out zone.

I know this place has been used in the past by another member w/ no problem. Hopefully we have the same good fortune.

We will also need to assign about 3 cars as lead cars to lead 3 groups on the way down from Walnut Creek to Alameda. So everyone makes it there. Directions will be handed out just in case we get seperated.

Dont forget to shine up your Audis. We will be taking alot of pics this time to rep NORCAL!

new camera mount action baby! i tested it out today at lunch. got some weird looks. lol. holds great tho. I stuck it on the side of one of the counters at work and was hanging sideways off it and it wouldnt budge, so i'm pretty sure our little .5 pound cameras will be fine.

I have a 1GB SD card that fold into a USB so no worries about a card reader. I dont have the fire wire from my miniDV camera though. Its a Sony DCR-PC10. I think any fire wire will work though wouldnt it?

I got an HD camcorder but traded it in cause it was sanyo piece. I am bringing Sony camcorder that records to dvd's so it will be easy to get the stuff on our computers this time.

i got bored tonight too so i decided to throw and little video together with some test footage i got messing around with my new camera mount. the mount is cool, but as you can see, the video quality of my camera suuucckks! (it's an Olympus Camedia..great still camera that happens to have a video funtion), so you guys with the cool cameras, that's where you'll shine at the g2g. that little night time clip is about an hour ago on cumming skyway. stuck at home on a friday night...blah.
