Ravenol awd-torsen transfer case oil flush

Have you guys use Ravenol torsen fluid instead of OEM G055145A2? Any issues with this oil?
I even found a website page claiming that Ravenol is better oil than OEM.
Ravenol is about $80 shipped a liter bottle versus OEM $105 (shopdap.com)

Cool.. you used the transfer case oil too (ravenol awd-torsen)? or just front and rear Diferential.?

The original fluid is a GL4 with some other additives.

For the last 25,000+ miles (2.5+ years) I have been using Valvoline synthetic GL5 as it replaced GL4. No issues at all.

Back in 2020 I changed both diffs and the transfer case at 204,000 or so miles. Sorry for the sideways pic but this was the darkest of the 3 that came out of my car. Smelled like new fluid, just a bit darker than new.

Ok .I think I'll buy the Ravenol oil then and put it on my transfer case. For my rear and front diferrentials I used redline 75W-90

No need for special fluid if you're doing a drain and refill. ZF says unless you're installing a new center diff, you just need to use regular 75W-90. If you put a new center diff in, then yeah get the special Audi unicorn piss (Which is just 75W-90 with 4% Sturaco friction modifier) for $95/L or the Ravenol for however much it is.
