The JHM 356mm Bracket Kit allows for the use of ANY BRAND C7-C7.5 S6-S7 or RS7 rotor. If you have upgraded your front brake kit to a larger RS7 "wave" rotor with use of an OEM+ RS7 Caliper and bracket, you can now install the same rotor on the rear of the car for a flawless look.

This kit includes everything you need to install a larger 356mm rotor of your choosing onto the rear of your car.

So this is to retain your OE caliper assembly so you can run larger diameter rotors in the rear?
What about the dust shields?
The OE S6 caliper, dust shields, and rotors are direct bolt up to the rear A6/7 C7/7.5's

Yes, that is correct. By increasing the diameter of the rotor you increase the braking leverage adding stopping power. You will need to remove the factory dust shields from the car as we did in our instructions. You may be able to swap over the factory S6 shields but i an unaware if the mounting holes are the same as I have not compared them.

the Caliper and knuckles are the same between the A/S for both the C7 and 7.5 for front a rear.

we swapped over my 16 S assemblies to a 13 A setup....and visa versa.

No bracket is required for the A to S brake caliper swap. Everything bolts up directly with zero modification of adapters
