Replaced front bumper cover, now backup camera doesn't come on

My wife (it was actually her) pulled the front bumper off at a parking spot. No damage to the wires or plugs. Had to drive a few weeks without the front parking sensors. Got the new bumper cover put on and now the backup camera doesn't come on. Is this something that a dealer needs to reset the BCM or is it something I screwed up and can fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Plug in VCDS and check for codes and report back. Most I can guess is its related to parking sensors somehow. Maybe if you have front night vision or front parking camera that could be related, but we can't do much without codes.

I'm about to order one of those. New to the Audi ownership. I'll reply again when I have it setup and pull codes. Maybe I'll finally be able to find out what that miss is when idling.
