Paging Logging Gods - Timing Issues

Hey all, took my car to get tuned at a local shop here. Was there for a day or two but ultimately was not tuned because the car pulling too much timing. The tuner and I are both at a loss as to why the cars pulling tuning, could be bad gas, spark plugs (those were changed at 58k kms) or carbon build up. I have some logs from the stock dyno runs and was hoping someone could possibly provide some insight. My plan is to empty this tank of gas out and log with a fresh tank, if I am still running into timing issues I will try new plugs as a last resort. No others errors or issues with the car it drives perfectly fine, but when it was tuned the timing issues became worse so it wasn't safe. It is a 2018 RS7 perf with about 78k kms.
