2016 A7 VIBRATION while in gear at idle

Car has 105k. Started a few weeks ago. In forward or reverse when at a standstill the whole car vibrates. Not present once underway better than 4 or 5 mph. Drives and shifts normally. I put it in neutral at red lights to avoid the vibration. Maybe a tranny mount? Thoughts?

I'd guess motor mounts before trans mounts, especially since you say the vibration is at idle.
