Hey guys,

I’m selling a set of four (4) brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires in 295/30ZR20 (101Y) XL. This is a step up from the factory 275/30's and are for those who want meatier tires for better grip and/or looks. These fit both the B8 and B9 RS5.

Looking to get $399 each or $1,600 for the full set. These retail for $481 each plus tax at Tire Rack so this is a great deal for an RS5 owner who needs tires!

I’m in San Diego, CA and prefer a local sale. However I could also ship them via UPS Ground.

Please feel free to call or text me at 619-851-1566 with any questions. Thanks for looking.

These tires are too wide for stock wheels. The wheels need to be 10" - 11" wide, which is wider than the RS5 wheels and much wider than the A or S wheels. Also, I would question clearances/rubbing, even with the wider wheels. Perhaps someone with personal experience with this tire size can comment on this.

This thread is worth reviewing before you decide to buy these tires:

I know people with 285 tires have commented that they occasionally can rub.

I’ve got 285’s on 10” wheels and don’t get any rubbing but it’s very close. I love wide tires but I think jumping up to 295’s on my set-up would probably rub. Those are great tires at a reasonable price and some can run 295’s without any issues. I’d imagine the wheel offset would have to be spot on.

Thanks for the feedback guys. These tires were ordered by a local Audi dealership's shop foreman who has ran them on two Audi RS5s without rubbing. I do not know the wheel specs though. I have requested this info from him and will update the thread once I hear back. It probably would take the perfect wheel width/offset though to not rub as a poster above stated. Cheers.
