I have a 2009 A5 with about 115,000 miles on it.
I recently had a local independent shop change the transmission (6MT) fluid, as well as the rear diff fluid.
Not too long after that I started hearing a faint low frequency sound when I get above 30 mph. It seems to be directly related to my rolling speed and not the engine speed since I can change gears and the noise stays the same.
Could this be connected to the transmission/diff? Is it possible to have those fluid levels checked? Or is there something else I should be looking at?
