Was wondering why when I open my door my radiator fans kick on to max speed? I'm ie stage 2 dual pulley if that makes any difference. It never did this before is this bad?

My B8.5 allroad with the 2.0T did that too. Idk if its like this on the 3.0T but I assume it was to cool the engine down and keep coolant circulating through the turbo (2.0T had an electronic after-run coolant pump to continue pumping small amounts of coolant). Seems likely the 3.0T would do this too if the engine is hot on a hot day though we don't have turbos (obviously).

And I've not changed anything mods.

My C7.5 S7 Does the exact same thing. If I have run the car medium-hard, when i turn off the ignition and lock the car, it spins up the radiator fans at max for a few minutes to cool itself down. It has always done this.

It has always done this.Mine never did it before. I removed the fan control from my tune and it quit doing it now. But I have a c7 not c7.5 yours could very well be different. It could also be your car is overheating tbh. Have you ever logged your car?

.....Not sure about about other models. The fan after - run is 100% normal for C7.5 models with 4.0T engines. (S6, S7, RS7)
Enjoy the ride!

Enjoy the ride!As far as I know turbo engines do this but usually not supercharged engines. The turbo engines do it so you don't bake all the oil in the turbo

Check AZ thread "Coolant fan runs constantly?". Maybe you used your AC for the first time since the tune (Minnesota finally warming up)?

Check AZ thread "Coolant fan runs constantly?". Maybe you used your AC for the first time since the tune (Minnesota finally warming up)?Was because of my tuners fan control. I didn't have this problem prior to the cwa100 pump, but it is resolved now haha. Well for me it is hot here in minnesots but I'm the guy who shovels snow it a t-shirt and shorts so everything is hot to me ahahahh
