Bay Area - European Autoservice?

Hello, just wondering if anyone has any positive or negative experiences with European Autoservice in Walnut Creek in the Bay Area?

I went there once, and wasn't wild about my experience. I went there about a relatively minor issue, and suddenly they told me i needed a whole bunch of suspension work. Went to about two other shops who laughed and said, "Who told you that?"

Never went back. Also had a really bad experience with Audi dealership in Walnut Creek. I go all the way up to Sonoma Autowerks. Really inconvenient, but have had good luck since my primary shop (Classic Auto in Napa) closed.
