Wheel offset and spacers

So I’ve never actually bought wheels for any of my builds and I’m unfamiliar with it all and I just went from and s5 with 19x10 wheels from factory to an s7 with 20x9 but I would prefer to keep the wider profile wheel so I want 20x10/ 20x10.5 but what offset should I go for considering I do not want to run spacers?

I asked a guy running 21x10.5j and he said, he was running et35.

we have a full on 20" rims thread that talks about all of this.

the issue is with the S6/7 Brembos, they are a beefy caliper, and need a inner spoke clearance....Offset is only part of the issue as a ET35 will fit where a ET30 will not, because of inner spoke.
