I need a step by step for a dummy. Long story short I brought the car to the shop, for some reason they added a little bit of coolant and the car feels like shet when driving now. I notice ver clearly a power loss and snappiness when you hit the gas. Almost as if the tune is gone. I figured the only possible thing is air trapped in the cooling system. Thats the only thing they did to the car, nothing else.
By the way the car is 2014 A6 3.0t apr stage 2 with APR throttle body. It also have APR CPS aftermarket cooling system, that is supposed to be self bleeding out of air, but something tells me thats not the case.

Check the valet button in the glove box isn't pressed.

Air in the coolant wouldn't cause your car to run slower unless your engine is getting hot.
