Has someone used this? If so if please share your experience. Two pairs should get the car up to work on the dsg service. I have low-profile jackstands but there's not enough room for the jack stand when it's being lifted with a floor jack.

I haven’t used something like this, but I have been considering building a set of wooden cribbing. It’s the same technique used to raise buildings and could easily be built at home while still being safe. I have high lift stands that go to ~23” but I like the idea of cribbing for things like suspension tightening.

I haven't used those (because I'm usually trying to swap wheels instead of rest on them), but they look pretty good. I didn't read all the reviews though.
I have used these...
RennStand (lift and stand in the same spot, but they were "only" $125 when I bought them during covid)
rennstand.com (https://rennstand.com/)
2-Piece Low Profile Drive-On Ramps (to get more lifting clearance; they also have some taller ones)
