2011 Audi S4

There is a whining sound after the car is warmed up coming from driver side under engine/next to front wheel. Sound is very apparent in the video: https://youtube.com/shorts/9sLJbUNiKes

Absolutely no idea what it could be. Power steering fluid top off, coolant is full, fresh oil change.

Any help or opinions on this noise would be greatly appreciated!

I wonder if it is a bad combi valve they are on the backs of both heads maybe a bad internal diaphram making that noise?

Coolant was below the min line, but I filled it and have driven it about 300 miles since and coolant hasn't moved.

The combi valve has air that travels through it for emmisions.
The combi valve I'm talking about is on the left side of diagram .302117

Ah, that is close to where the sound is coming from. Are these known to make that noise, though?

Also no codes or lights.

Maybe it's low on fluid it almost sounds hydraulic in a way?
