Spacer issue

Hello people, this is my first post here. Been lurking for years, but decided to make an account! :

So, I have a question about spacers. I have 2016 C7, and would love to know what kind of spacers do you use? I got one set from a local store, 12mm, but they did not fit, as the hub is too "long". The lip on the hub where the wheel sits is too long for that set. I am looking for a hub centric one.

Do you have any recommendation about spacers, that would fit? I was thinking Eibach, as they were a sure fit with A4 B8 I had.

i ended up with blackforest industries spacers. chespest option and good quality

Same way I feel about APR's spacers - both spacers and new longer bolts
