Hey guys so I’ve noticed recently going into first and second gear is more difficult than it used to be. Feels a little sticky. I’m almost positive the fluid has never been changed. Could that possibly be the cause ? Any other ideas? Also what oil should I be using ?

This is more often a clutch disengagement issue. How far off the floor does your car start to move?

Hmm maybe about halfway? Maybe a bit closer than halfway to the floor. I guess I should say I’m stage 2+ DP and still in stock clutch lol

If you're on the original fluid in a 2011 it's probably a good idea to change the fluid. Good thread here. (https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/675944-DIY-Manual-Transmission-Fluid-Change)
As for your problem, it can be a symptom of the clutch going out. That's what mine did when it first started giving me issues at just over 100k (Stage 2 for about 25-30k). If you search clutch threads on here you will find other people reporting similar problems when the clutch started to go. I didn't experience any slipping issues before changing it, but the shop said it was coming apart when they removed it.
