PCV and Intake Air leak after oil change

Just got car back from Indy service:
Oil change,
Control arm bushings
Rear diff service
Passenger motor mount.
So I just dumped 1800 into it...

Now she's thrown a CEL a few times and is giving me codes for PCV and intake air leak.

I cleared it the first time using OBD11, and it was fine for a day and a half.
CEL came back while in traffic, this time had 4 codes.

Car drives totally fine.

When I get a chance to read them more accurately, I'll report back, but wanna know what I'm looking at here.

Could the Indy have nudged something?
They put 5w40 in while the dealer was putting in 0w30....
Seems to be a $2000 fix, and "while you're in there..." type of thing.

Take a look to make sure they put the air intake back in correctly. If they checked the air filter then they likely took the intake tube out. Maybe they did not hook up the small hose on the intake.

Is that likely PCV? FWIW, I use roughy 3/4 quart every oil change (4-6k miles).

Turns out they left the little cap off the dipstick tube.
That said, I do think my PCV is on borrowed time, but the CEL hasn't come back and that car starts and drives totally normally.

Your PCV is failing. I just got my car back from the dealer last week for the same issue. Same fault codes and everything. The good news is it’s covered under Audi’s extended warranty. Schedule an appointment with Audi asap. Your CEL will come back on.

I have changed the PCV still getting the CEL, I've tried to order the pipe with the valve that is under the charger but the guy that I order the parts from told me it is not for my Engine. I am just used to the CEL and I am driving with it. Even if it is not the PCV my SAI is clogged, so I won't bother to cleaning it. Audi will rip me off for the cleanup and I don't really want to bust my cats when they clean all the dirt from the SAI into it with water.

Sometimes you have to get the car flashed by Audi when the PCV gets changed. There are a few different versions of the PCV and if you change versions then the computer needs updated to work with the new version correctly.

Mine took months to finally throw a code for my work. After updating, it never returned. If you are tuned, you're already good.

Can you expand upon the "if you are tuned, you're already good"? I had my PCV/breather changed on my CREC about a year ago, but I've started getting P052E soft codes again. I had the PCV work done before flashing to IE tune, and never went to the dealer for an update. I'm going crazy trying to figure out part# revisions vs original part# vs if an updated ECU tune is required or not.

IIRC, IE extracts and uploads your original stock flash to their server as the tune used for flashing back to stock. Wondering if I need to flash to stock, go to dealer for ECU update for newest PCV revision (I had part number ending in "AF" installed) and then retune?

I have an Oct 2015 build CREC so not sure what my original PCV version was.

Your software should be correct for whatever PCV revision you have. Being a CREC motor and quite a while since your last PCV replacement, you most likely have a failing part again, unfortunately. You can reach out to IE and see what their take is, or rerun the flashing program and see if they're any updates for the tune. With their software, there is zero need to visit the dealer for an update as their tunes are taken from the same code and just modified for more performance.

Well my Q5 is from 2015, as far as I know this is the Latest Revision. I will check the ECU Software and will ask a guy if he can flash the latest Version of it.
