Hello, I've searched the forum and cannot find a thread with this specific situation and would appreciate some feedback. I have a 2012 A7 and the other day when I started it, the faults listed below popped up.

1. Headlight range control: system fault
2. left side light/daytime running light
3. front left turn signal

I immediately noticed the left side DRL and turn signal aren't working. My friend plugged his OBD reader in and the car lit up like a pinball machine and now have an additional Rear Spoiler fault and it is stuck in the up position. I borrowed another OBD reader and it didn't list any faults except that my battery was weak. Being that the battery was 11 years old, I bought a new one and installed it and still have the same faults.

After doing a bunch of research, I'm thinking it's possibly the Daytime Running Light Headlight LED Module and also the Headlight Level Sensor, but don't want to wastefully spend money guessing. Plus I don't want to buy a Rear Spoiler Control Module if I don't have to since it is costly.

I'm really hoping that someone in the forum has experienced this and hopefully something I haven't thought of is the root to all of the problems and an easier fix than I thought.

Thanks in advance.

Did you clear the faults after replacing the battery and they returned? Does the AZ thread "2012 A7 Rear spoiler issue" provide any help?

So I finally popped the hood to do some exploring and discovered that a squirrel had chewed up all of the wires next to the driver's side headlight. I soldered in new wire and everything is back to normal. Thanks for you help.
