I am looking for the TTY bolts that secure the supercharger intercoolers on the rear of the SC. I can't find them in the audiUSA diagrams.
I never replaced them last time but I know you should every time you replace the intercoolers. Anyone found the P/N for this before?

I don't know if that is necessary, they are not torque to yield, and only get tightened to 9nm. Where did you see that?

The workshop manual lists the twelve bolts that secure the intercoolers into the compressor unit as:
self-locking
replace if removed
10 Nm torque spec
Parts catalog lists them as M6x16, part number N 104 514 09.

The thread locker is probably the reason the bolts are not reused from a workshop process perspective.
Also in the workshop manual:
Before assembly, always remove residues from threaded holes in supercharger housing using a thread tap.
So could you just clean the bolts too and wing some new thread locker on them and run with it? It's pink in the pic, but seems unlikely to be "loctite red"?

Yes I was referencing from the workshop manual as well, Last time i replaced these on my S4 a few months ago I cleaned up the bolts with a wire brush but did not have the correct size tap to chase the threads. I will try to run to Autozone maybe and get the correct size tap this time.
A couple of the bolts were kinda of questionable when I was screwing them in, just felt a little more resistance on a couple of them, but most likely due to old thread locker like you said they used.
I am changing these out on a friends Q7 atm, decided to replace after boogering the threads on one plastic bleeder screw that was practically destroyed already, hers is at 140k miles anyways so probably needed new ones.
As always thanks for your knowledge Smac! You are a God among mere men lol

My bad, I went back into the manual and found the correct reference for the bolts as you stated.
