So somehow I got to crack in my headlight and it's allowing moisture into the light fixture. Is there an easy way to fix this? I've seen the lenses for sale on aliexpress, is that a realistic Avenue? How hard are they to replace? Or is this one of those things where I have to hunt down a new light.
Thanks in advance

The front lens is not really user replaceable as it’s glued in place.
I’ve seen some YT videos where it’s put into a warm oven to soften the glue to replace, but can’t say it’s something I’d recommend with an expen$$Ive headlight!
These do get some condensation build up, which is normal. There is actually a drain pipe connected to the headlight for that reason 👍👍

It might have been just me, but I replaced a lenson one of mine. I bought a cracked housing headlight on ebay,so it was an oem lens, but trying to split it was a nightmare. I had it in the oven for a bit but it did not split apart. I ended up cutting the housing off the lense and it seemed like a very tough double sided tape not glue like other lights I have split.

Instead of the oven, I used a heat gun to remove the lens on a B7 headlight. It was a little tedious, but we just kept heating the perimeter around and around until we were able to pull it apart.
Most of today’s headlights use permaseal which are very difficult to get open. The previous used mostly butyl glue which were much easier to open with heat.

These lenses are sonic (plastic) welded. You have to cut them to remove it.

I baked tons of subaru sti/wrx headlamps back in the mid 2000's... definitely easy to open up (200° for 6 minutes...lol)

Post some pics so we can see it. Thin epoxy might be an option to seal the crack.
