Hello my fleet mechanic had an S4 sitting in the corner and apparently the previous owner tried to work on the car and ended up taking the ECU and disappearing. I was hoping it would be a simple swap but after further research/reaching out I'm lost. nemigaparts/dealer says to get PN:8K0 907 551 D. Dealer also says I need to purchase new to pair as well as APR. (Not concerned or interested in tuning currently) While another company says I could get a Bosch ECU and have IMMO delete on it. Any help appreciated again.

Thats a tough one, not too often that you replace an ECU. Is there a big price difference between the Bosch and the OEM Audi ECU? If not then I would definitely stick with the dealer recommendations as far as that goes, and either way an ECU is probably not cheap…
