Guys and gals, don't know if this is the right forum. I am thinking about possibly selling my S4 to use the money for downpayment for a new daily driver. It depends on whether I get my bonus in the next month or not. The market has changed so much recently that I wanted to get an idea of what mine is worth. Description - off the top of my head - follows (obviously if I actually sell it, I would have pictures). I was thinking it might be worth between $17,000 and $19,500. What do y'all think?

2012 Audi S4 Prestige Package, 6 spd MANUAL, Phantom Black with Panda, peeler wheels, Bang and Olufsen, 125,000 miles. Superior condition inside and out – engineer owned and maintained. All maintenance up to date, plus the following:

APR Stage 2, single pulley,
IE air intake
APR exhaust X pipe
RS4 grills
Solowerks complete spring/shock kit (lowered about 1.5”)
New sway bar links

New:
Clutch (South Bend Stage 2 Endurance)
LuK Flywheel
Stainless Steel clutch line
Coil packs
Spark plugs
EBC Red Stuff pads and new rotors
RS4-style carbon fiber flat bottom steering wheel
BFI Shifter
JXB Billet Shifter Plate
Wheels restored and repainted
Tires have about 75% tread life left
New vapor canistor purge solenoid
New evaporative emissions system leak detection pump

Despite all of the upgrades you've done, it still has 125k miles. Mods don't usually price well. With that said, I think your price range is fair. I certainly wouldn't take less than 15K.

Being a manual, I think you might still be able to get 17k despite the mileage and market softening, but 19.5k would likely be a stretch. GLWS!

if someone offers you $15k take it and move on. (your only saving grace is that its a 6spd)

stock cats, original pcv/thermostat, original injectors, (your wildcard is the chains/ rattle)... $12k

the mileage can swing either direction. im on my 3rd s4 and this one I bought @114k and didnt think twice about that as much as the maintenance related stuff.

Appreciate the input guys - very valuable. I'll see how the next few weeks unfold and go from there. Either way, if I have to sell, I know the range I should look for.
