Engine noise

After getting my oil screens replaced from the dealer and now I am experiencing a humming noise when I apply the gas. Any suggestions on what this can be?

Take it back and let them know asap. Had an oil leak a few days after the recall work was done. They redid the work to fix it. When picking it up, put the car in reverse and got the ACC and Break Guard unavailable. They will be taking another look as to why this may have happened.
