Not in this car but I used their dry filter in previous cars. Good stuff.

Thanks, appreciate the compliment!

It's running great but cosmetically, I let it sit and neglected the detailing while I was doing other things and now I'm in the process of getting it back into shape. I have a little bit of an itch to get involved in the local car scene again. Not to the same extent as before but our baby boy is growing quick and he needs exposure. lol

was looking for an alternative as im on KNN now. do you have the link or part number for the AFE dry version filter? Really liked the dry filter type in my previous cars but couldnt find one for the 3.0T A6/A7.

I can help you.

You car is stock box OEM intake or aftermarket?

The only one listed on their website are for S5/S4.

Pretty sure the S5 AFE will fit with any aftermarket intake. For the stock box intake, i suggest you to look over their website to know the spec’s and then look inside the OEM box if you got the room to fit in the AFE.

I was running the stock oem box with K&N and the RKX pipe before. My logs show pretty good stat’s, better flow than CTS and other aftermarket like injen.

You have to be carefull when running AFE filter, they dont like dust or water. You need to clean then more often than K&N.
