C7 S6 Issues

So I have 2 issues that I'm dealing with, but all of the shops around here are pretty booked out, so I'm trying to get an idea what im dealing with. First, when I'm driving at higher speeds (50+) there is a sort of grinding feeling/noise coming from the front passenger side of the car. Second, once Ive been driving for a while, the steering wheel starts to squeak and it feels almoat like there is a "groove" where the steering wheel is centered.
Any help or anyone whose had similar issues would be appreciated. Thanks!

Wheel bearing?

Can you get the car jacked up and spin the wheel to see if you can hear/feel something? Or see if someone can hear it if you're creeping along?

I've also had weird experiences with the brake dust backing plate being bent and causing a sound at the same speeds you mention. Nothing about steering tho.

agreed to sound of wheel bearing on first issue

as far as second issue, my steering strted squeeky then few days later felt like a rumble through steering wheel when turning it. few days later had a warning "steering defective do not drive". it was a 2013 a6 tht was 9 years old and 110k miles and audi replaced it for free since was a factory extended warranty on just the steering rack.
