Need to get new tires for my 2015 A7, and was thinking of Michelin Pilot sport all season 4 or pilot sport 4s in size 285/35/20 on factory rim with off 37.
265/35/20 doesnt fill up the way I like it. Will that size fit without rubbing?

I run a 285/30/21 on my A6. They have the slightest bit of poke.
On an A7 they should fit fine.

Mind sharing some pics? I have a set of 21s and want to see how such large tires would fit on an A6. 285 seems too big

Car is currently at the body shop. I have one picture with them installed, but it doesn's show fitment well.

I just received the michelin PS 4s in size 285/35r20. looks wide.
Will mount them to these rims. One of my oem rim is bad, so got 2 of the one on the right in the image below, looks slightly different though.
Planning on blasting all 4 rims and power coat them. Thinking gray color or black (not a fan of black rims though).

No on sticking out from that offset, sidewall will be thick, thinking it will close the body gap by 10mm or so. More photos of PS4s in that size here. https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/947204-Signature-Wheels-and-Drag-setup

I'm running the wider (Porsche N0) version of the 265/35/20 Michelin PS4s on stock 20 x 8.5" wheels and definitely gives it a meaty look..

You have the meats. Looks close to the bumper/quarter meeting point. There is a little slop in the suspension, is it going to touch?

285/35/20 seem to be the perfect size. I was nervous the front wheels would somehow rub, but they fit perfectly, no rubbing.
