Hello
Today I come to yall with great need for help, I replaced my rotors and brake pads, rears and fronts. I kept checking on them to make sure things remained in place, lo and behold my slide pins are going out (those were not replaced) and so I started validating all the torque numbers I applied before. Now my car is a non performance but with the dynamic pack, when I removed the front calipers, I removed just the calipers, there is a left over carrier that they mount to and I had them torqued to 90ft/lb, upon reading online I saw folks noting 145ft/lb for those and I made the mistake of following that advice a snapped one of them in and now cannot even id a replacement, for context this is what the non snapped one looks like, help me id this bolt please, I believe they come together already fastened on the caliper when you order them brand new (with the carrier that actually attaches to the hub). And if any of yall know the torque specs too that'd be very much appreciated. For now I am going back to that 90ft/lb 282829

Bummer man. I would get in touch with these guys and see if they can help. The carriers require access to parts most people just don’t have. https://www.killerbrakes.com/product/audi-rs6-rs7-adapter-brackets-6pots-oem-brembo-for-390mm-discswave-and-round/

I actually saw those ones too(same photo but different site somehow) the place I saw them at said "out of stock", shot an email to this one and fingers crossed I can get my hands on it, in the meantime I am messaging all ebay rs7 calipers sellers to see if they are willing to sell me part of their listed items. We'll see where that goes but lesson learned for next time (if any, I'd much rather have brought it to audi or another shop that knew what they were doing). Thanks again for the help.

Race technologies would be a edge case resource to check with. Not sure they really serve OE applications but they are North American Brembo shop.

Wrecked calipers would be the other option but expensive for a bolt. I had detective coating do my S brake refinish and rebuild, they supplied new hardware for the front brakes so they might be something to check on but probably low chance there for the carrier bolt.

Just put enough ugga Duggas till it won't move no more. You put one ugga Dugga too many.

To catch up the thread, I was able to get a second hand caliper off of ebay with the bolt and got it back on (expensive mistake to be made) and set them back to 90ft/lb -- I still cannot find a place where the torque specs are listed for exactly this bolt.
