18's from 2016 will they fit on a 2020 Q5???

2016 s5 rims 18" on 2020 q5 ???
Will the bore and offset Etc would be the same? I have an extra set of Snows the inside of the rim is stamped with a code I'll double check that if needed

All the B8/B9, C7/C8, and D4/D5 use the same 66.5 / 66.56 / 66.6 (depending on which doc you look in) center bore and 5x112 lug pattern. So they'll all mount fine. Your main consideration between the various models will then be offset and diameter and width.

2016 A5/S5 18" is 18x8.5 et29.
2020 Q5 18" is 18x8.0 et39.

So the S5 wheel is going to sit 10mm further outward than the stock Q5 wheel. Whether or not that's a problem, you'd have to see if you have a 1/2" to spare outside of your current wheels.

Curious, all the B9 Q5 wheels are x8.0 et39, be it 17", 18", 19", or 20". Only the 21" are different, 21x8.5 et34.

Probably best to check the actual et marked on the rims, just in case they aren't actual B8 A5/S5 OE wheels. B8 A5/S5 did also have 18x8.0 et31 winter wheel option. So too many possibilities; best to just look at the wheel since you have it in hand.
