I'm still on the hunt for a wheel and tire setup for my S7. My research tells me the following setups should be aggressive but still safe for mild lowering (15mm):
20x10 ET25
20x10.5 ET30 (ET35 seems to be a safe common offset at the 20x10.5 size)

I realize tire sizes factor into this as well.

The question is, will 20x10.5 ET25 fit the S7 with a 285/30/20 (or 275/35/20) without rubbing? I want to avoid rubbing if possible.

Has anyone else run this setup? Did you experience rubbing? Any poke with this setup? Thanks!

You will rub and also unable to air out without getting caught on the tire. I specifically went 20x10.5 et30 with 265/35 as I thought it'd be flush as hell, with just enough stretch so I could air out. I do rub occasionally but that's because our air suspension isn't very stiff so there's lots of travel if it incurs a serious bump I was underestimating. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220813/d65893bacf94a0fac39c3d8dee3d2460.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220813/004edbeccc0ffaf6c42d4591d96b874c.jpg

Looks great! Thanks for the info. Okay sounds like 20x10.5 ET30 could work or maybe safer to be ET35 if going 10.5 so I could run either 275/35/20 or 285/30/20. Your reply helped, thanks.

Michelin's high performance tires are usually on the more square shoulder type, the more aggressive offset could probably fit with Conti or Pirelli. Try to find images of the tire you're thinking of using on the width you're thinking.
