Front Camera Mount on C7.5 S6 Grill

I am looking into getting a black optics grill but the one I've come across does not have a front camera mount. Currently, my stock chrome grill does have a front camera.

Does anyone know if I can just take the mount off my stock grill and put it onto the black optics grill? Would I need to drill into the non-camera grill in order for the mount and camera to sit properly?

My black optics grill had a front camera mount. There is one for sale in classifieds right now with front camera mount also.
