C7.5 to C7 Diffuser

Hey guys is it possible to retrofit the facelift diffuser onto a pre facelift bumper? I think the dimensions are the same? Has anyone done it?

Also will it just be the case of changing the moulds/clips with some cutting?

not sure any one has done it becuase the bumper is different, but on ebay they have a facelift style for prefacelift carsn or atleast had it before when i looked
