Okay, I bought rims a few months ago. Now I just need to buy a set of 4 tires. So does anybody know a place that has reasonable prices on 225-35-19s? I'm just looking for the best bang for the buck.

Sup Brandon, I would go to tire rack. That's the only place I get my tires now nothing here is even comparable.

Tirerack - Pirelli PZero Nero M+S

I have heard some people use Avon tires with good results if you're looking for something ultra cheap. But I've been running the Pirellis to go in rain, snow, and dry...and i'm stage 3!

Woah, you're running all-seasons in Hawaii? I was so glad when my Pirelli P6s wore out so I could get summer tires! I was really tempted to spend $$$ to get Goodyear Eagle GSD3s, but the Kumho Ecsta SPTs were less than a 100 bucks each and they're plenty grippy for my needs.

The PZero Nero all seasons are more summer thanyou think. They outperform the Kumho summer tires. The only thing I've found better were the Good Years and Michillin PS2s, both of which are $$$$$$$$ more.

Wear on the Pzero's are good too. All other Pirellis sucked ass in all areas. Heard lots of stuff on Toyo T1Rs but I don't wanna shell out $200+ per tire.

My bad, I didn't mean it to sound like I was raggin on the PZero Neros. I have read very good reviews of them from multiple sources. My P6s sucked azz so bad it's made me a little biased against all-seasons and Pirelllis. Had I stayed in NJ/NY, I would have definitely gotten a separate winter wheel set.

Hmmmm....

As of this AM, Tire Rack prices for 235/45/17s (my OEM size):

Pzero Nero M+S: $139.00/ea
Ecsta SPT: $79.00/ea

LOL, pay up![:p] I'll take a Venti Mocha Latte. Nah, nah, j/k, j/k. Hee hee. Actually, I'm kinda bummed about the price of the Kumhos b/c I think I paid more than $90/ea for my tires just a couple of months ago. Looks like TR is running special prices across the board.

BTW, I was checking out the TR testing for the Pzero Neros and damn those tires kick ass in the wet, no?

Shit, I used to roll on Kumho MXs and now have a set of crappy Nitto 555 on the car now. Looking forward to putting on my dunlop SSRs.

B. Just get the what you like. Cheap tires are ok if you're not going to push the car too much.

NOTE TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR TIRES!

Tirerack.com is having a closeout on Bridgestone SO3 tires at like almost 50% off. They are great tires for what they are now charging. Jump on it! (I just figured out while trying to roder a replacement Bridgestone 050A for my Infiniti that just popped last night when I saw the SO3s are half price).

Im just looking for a tire with good handling, less road noise and that won't wear real fast.

Check out edgeracing.com, they carry toyo's and falken's for good prices. Toyo proxes or Falken FK's will probably be $150 or so. Toyo T1R's will be like $200

Also, check the local firestone's to see if they have their Fuzion line of tires. I know they have them in low profiles and cheap, like $150 or so. No shipping.

if you wanna buy KDW-2 try Costco! Ahahahaha, you get employee discount right? They're noisey though. I had good luck with the Kumho MXs. Lasted about 12-15K hard miles, good handling and pretty cheap. Then again the S03 is on closeout too so I would just get that.

..I wish. Costco don't give us employees a discount. They just give the employees and their family free memberships. Besides, tirerack is still cheaper than costco, plus I don't like waiting 3 or more weeks just for tires to come in.

I had SO3s on my S4 when I bought it, they were damn noisy. But, then again most low profile tires are. I'm rockin Sumitomos M+S right now on my car and they are pretty good in all areas. Sumitomos have a pretty quiet ride.
