So i have had a few small things to do in hopes it will fix some of my issues...

Started by changing the spark plugs, helped out a bit.

Next, i put in a 710N, yes i know i shoulda already had one [:p]

then i decided to clean the MAF, soaked it in alcohol, and let it dry real well...

i wanted to make sure it was completely dry, so i had my roomate run me to advanced auto to pick up a new air filter... god knows how long thats been since it was changed...

put it all back together, took it for a drive.

The power is back at full throttle, i was having issues with a loss of power at full throttle, but half throttle was strong. at full throttle the boost would shoot to 20psi, on just my APR tuned K03.

well now i have full power at full throttle, but it is still spiking to 20psi, so id like to figure out what that is so im not forced to buy a new turbo...

if anyone has any ideas, run them by me....

don't forget outside temps make a difference in boost. colder in one place/state and warmer in another.

last night was about 65 degrees out. which put me at 17-18psi. when its warmer i'm hitting 21-22psi.

on stock N75 in warm weather i hit 21-22psi...with a N75 J valve i hit 23-24psi. but i doubt i was making any gains....felt a lil smoother though i must say. i went out and then bought one as i was borrowing a friends to try it out. then never installed it...and sold it. stock was prolly better. just cuz one shows 23-24psi doesn't mean there is any actual gains happening.

you know its weird. i've had the "race" AKA H Valve for 2 years now and in the summer i would boost 17psi and when winter came i would boost 19-20psi. no spike, just goes to 20 and stays there. its backwards for me but fun in the winter!

so your car is running fine and your seeing higher boost levels.

and you are complaining why?

because i dont want it to be running to lean and cause motor issues...

if its extra boost, and theres fuel to match it then im fine ;)

by the way, where have you been? we gotta hang out again

when i dynoed, i was at ~20psi and running 11.9:1 AFR all the way to 6500. You'll be fine.
