Can anybody tell me if the adjustment nuts for the wastegate preload are accessible with downpipe removed (with the turbo still installed).

You can adjust it without removing anything, on the stock k03.

Being able to adjust the wastegate without removing anything depends on what style rod it has. I was able to adjust my JHM K04R without removing anything. My CTS wasn’t able to be adjusted without removing things.

Since you have a Loba, I don’t know what style actuator rod they’re using. All you can do is stick a wrench in there and find out. 😉

Oh, I assumed he meant stock, since nothing was mentioned in the OP. My CTS I remove the TP, unbolt turbo from head, and pull it back. Takes me an hour to adjust my WG now. No need to remove any lines or hoses, besides pcv/n80 hoses. I don't have thr bracket installed though either..
