2014 S5 w/ B&O SD Card Questions

I searched but didn't find any answers...Just picked up a 2014 S5 with the Bang & Olufsen sound system. I am trying to put music to an SD card as the iPhone integration with the cable is a bit of a PITA (continually unchecks the random playback). I know the tracks have to be in MP3 format...my questions are:
1. Is there a specific format for the SD card (NTFS, FAT32/exFAT)?
2. Is there a maximum size SD card? I saw that 2013 and older had a max of something like 32mb, but nothing is listed for 2014+).
3. Am I able to keep tracks in sub-folders ([artist]-->[album]-->[track]) or do tracks have to be top level?

3. They can be in sub-folders as long as you create a playlist that shows the path to the track being played. I use an app called Playlist Creator (https://playlist-creator.en.uptodown.com/windows/download) and it works great.
