Windows fogging up

2009 Audi A3 quattro

Bought it a month ago and have had the windows fog up within a few minutes every time I drive it. I have resorted to running defrost with the windows slightly open. Cold in Wisconsin winters:( The plenum cover is not easily removed to check for a clogged drain. Are the drains accessible from the bottom of the plenum? I really do not know where else the humidity comes from. Cabin filter has been changed. No moisture there or in vehicle.

thank you,The AC drain tube flows into the center channel around the area where the passenger's left foot would be.
Feel if the carpet is wet in that area, but the AC doesn't build up condensation in the winter.
Other areas would be to check the truck tailgate channels, roof window, or other door areas for water intrusion.
