if you are near 101, go to Labree www.labreemotorsports.com ask for Brent, they already have stuff for the S4

Have Eurocode take them off, then take them to a machine shop. Have them cut the top off. They use a mill, and drill a big ass hole through it. Then you knock it out the rest your self. Then you wanna find a welder, have them weld the top back on. Then go back to Euro code and have them put them back on.

The thing with me is that my uncle owned the machine shop so it was free for me. I bought the downpipes used off of another car, and i had them weld the tops back on after everything. And it just so happens that my dads a welder, so that was free too. then i took them to eurocode and they switched them out for me. Your best bet would be to find some used piggies that arent being use (wanted section) then go from there.

i already emailed Lebree and they wanted to sell me there dp's. not that i blame them but i cant justify 1000 dollars on somthing that could be done for almost nothing. is there a huge difference between the stock DPs and the aftermarket?

S4arch - you a cad fan also (saw your avatar)?

I would recommend getting the DP's if you can swing it...they make a BIG difference in how the car performs. I never dynoed but other B6ers with the same mods as me have put down 300whp. not quite sure what you mean by done for nothing but I wouldn't recommend getting them installed at another shop, the DP fitment is really tricky to get right.

cad...yea I used to check it out more often, it's funny stuff. glad somebody recognized it...[up]

what kind of S4 do you have?

I've got a B6...LaBree does make a great exhaust for the B5 too, although I can't comment on performance numbers.

it's a great mod wherever you go tho, so good luck with it.
