Let me start off by saying I love ECS. Good support, good products, etc. but is anyone else dealing with this gift card issue or is it just me?
1) Got a gift card from my 75 year old mother in November for my birthday. Had to call support then walk my mother through opening an account with ECS and assigning the money to my account. Not ideal.
2) Got a gift card from my sister-in-law for Christmas. Dealing with same issue. She's busy and not sure when she'll get to it.
Even the support guy at ECS said he's expecting a lot of similar gift card questions today.
ECS, if you're listening...please just send the person a code. Don't make them log-in and create an account. They get the receipt emailed to them and they think they're all set.
