can the greddy bov be installed the sames a the oem or aftermarket diverter valve? on the hose right bellos the turbo? what is the difference b/t bov and dv? is there anyway of connecting bov the same way of dv?

what is the difference then between diverter valves like 007, forged, etc...? which one is better.

function is pretty much the same. some will vary in that they will allow you to rebuild and put different springs in but....pretty much same shiet. many people have many different kinds and some are louder than others.

BOV = vents to atmos
some bov's can be setup to work like a BPV

BPV = keeps the air in the system but just does so by feeding it back in before the turbo.

Most of the valves all work exactly the same, they are just there to vent off the back pressure when the throttle body closes and the compressor housing is still spinning. They consist of some type of valve and a spring.

for the most part they are "interchangeable" but some BOV's are too bulky to be recirculated unless there is some kit...

To me a BOV is all about the noise, different BOV result in different noises... a whoosh,a chip, a whistle, and even a gobble [confused]
