I'm not sure honestly but assuming you don't have a heated wheel or hands-free steering, then I think it would work.

Just swap the button module over... Unless you prefer an RS button that doesn't do anything to the *

How does the hands free steering work/relates to the steering wheel? Are you talking about the lane assist? Curious since I’d like to change my steering wheel but don’t want to loose functionality
