Yeah I was going to go blue, but it wouldnt of matched, So I was either going to go black with the white audi rings, or silver with the black audi rings, I just like the clean look

what pads?

is that a sticker on that rotor? didn't you wash the rotors down with dish soap when you got them? if you just pulled that out of the box and installed it you may be in for a big surprise.

^^^ yea whats the logic behind that ive always done that but have always wondered why.

they have a fine layer of oil to stop them rusting in the box. i always clean the discs with thinners prior to putting on the car.

i use dawn dish soap and a heavy scotchbrite pad. i use a clean dry pad to scuff up the pad's friction surfaces. then bed them following the pad manufacturer's recommendations.

Paint the non-contact surfaces with silver paint, they wont rust. You dont even have to be that careful, if oyu get some on the contact surface it wont last long.

I was also going to ask if they were backwards. Well not ask, tell.
