Audi s4 b8 engine rebuild

So two days I found oil at the bottom of my spark plug , then I did a compression test on that cylinder there was no compression it’s was low , so my question, what should be the problem here , it’s how much will cost an engine rebuild, I’m from new Jersy where can I go ,

You would probably be better off finding a used engine and swapping it, my guess is the cost is going to be similar.
